The Electrocompaniet ECP 2 MKII is a phono preamplifier/RIAA stage for vinyl playback. It uses instrumentation and operational amplifiers, discrete components in the signal path, and a fully DC-coupled topology, with a new chassis and front-plate design in the Classic Line style. Its phono section provides adjustable gain from 39.8–71.4 dB via RCA and 45.8–76.4 dB via XLR, resistance loading from 10 Ω–47 kΩ, and capacitive loading from 0–350 pF.
