The Nagra MELODY is a solid-state preamplifier manufactured by Nagra from 2012 to 2018. Its circuit uses discrete audiophile-grade components and individually tested and matched transistors, with selectable 12 dB gain increase, five RCA inputs, and switchable RCA and XLR outputs. It has a 10 Hz–50 kHz frequency response (+0/-1 dB), input impedance above 75 kΩ, RCA/XLR output impedance of 47/100 Ω, and an optional MM/MC phono stage using hand-wound step-up transformers.
