The Børresen Z3 is a floorstanding loudspeaker made by Børresen Acoustics. It uses a Børresen RP94 planar ribbon tweeter operating from approximately 2.5 kHz, a 5-inch bass/midrange driver, and two 8-inch bass/midrange drivers with 8 mm voice coils and 0.06 mH magnetic-system induction. The bass/midrange membranes use carbon layers around a 4 mm Nomex honeycomb core, and the speaker has a parallel crossover configuration with a 35 Hz–50 kHz frequency response, 89 dB sensitivity, 4-ohm impedance, and dimensions of 102.5 × 22.5 × 40.0 cm.
