The RPM 5 Carbon is a manual belt-drive turntable made by Pro-Ject Audio Systems, with an outboard 15V AC motor powered by an ultra-precision DC-driven AC generator. It uses a 300 mm acrylic platter, an inverted stainless-steel platter bearing with a ceramic ball, and a 9-inch EVO carbon-fibre tonearm with an 8 g effective mass and TPE-damped counterweight.
