RPM 3 Carbon
The RPM 3 Carbon is a manual belt-drive turntable made by Pro-Ject Audio Systems, with 33 and 45 rpm speeds selected manually. It uses a 300 mm MDF platter with a vinyl mat, an inverted stainless-steel bearing with a ceramic ball, and an outboard 15 V AC motor driven by a precision DC-powered AC generator. Its 10-inch S-shaped tonearm is constructed from carbon fibre, aluminium, and resin with heat and pressure treatments, and includes magnetic antiskating and a TPE-damped counterweight.
