Aavik
I-180
The Aavik I-180 is an integrated amplifier made by Aavik, with five single-ended RCA line inputs, one RCA pre-output, and speaker terminals supporting spade connectors or 4 mm banana plugs. Its UMAC switching-amplifier topology uses sine-wave PWM modulation and dual mixed-mode feedback; output is rated at 2 × 300 W into 8 ohms and 2 × 600 W into 4 ohms, with THD+N below 0.006% from 1–100 W at 1 kHz into 8 ohms. The unit includes a resonant-mode sine-wave power supply, 36 active Tesla coils, 96 active square Tesla coils, five dither circuits, four anti-aerial-resonance coils, and an enclosure using a natural-based composite material with minimal aluminium.
