The Nagra Compact PHONO is an MC phono stage manufactured by Nagra, with RCA inputs and outputs and a hand-wound Nagra transformer providing 10 dB of input gain. It uses selected class A transistors, an all-discrete-component topology, dual-mono layout, selectable 47.5 dB or 62 dB gain, and RIAA correction. The vibration-controlled housing is machined from a solid billet of aluminum; power is supplied by an external 12 V DC source, and the unit measures 185 × 166 × 41 mm and weighs 1.9 kg.
