The Perlisten D8is is a subwoofer designed for freestanding, on-wall, or in-wall installation, with an acoustic-suspension alignment and a full-aluminum extruded enclosure. It uses eight 215 mm (8.5-inch) drivers with carbon-fiber diaphragms and ±18.0 mm linear excursion in a push/pull force-cancelling configuration. An external DSP-controlled 3,000 W RMS amplifier provides a 32-bit ARM Cortex M4 processor, 48-bit DSP data paths, a 2.8-inch color touchscreen, iOS and Android control, and a stated frequency response of 20–290 Hz at −6 dB with THX EQ.
