PB-5000 R|Evolution
The SVS PB-5000 R|Evolution is a powered, front-firing ported subwoofer with a 15-inch high-excursion driver, dual three-inch edge-wound voice coils, and a dual-mono Class D amplifier rated at 2,000 watts continuous and over 5,000 watts peak. Its triple-ported MDF cabinet supports standard, extended, and sealed operating modes, with specified frequency response of 15–180 Hz, 13–180 Hz, and 16–270 Hz respectively at ±3 dB. Control and signal processing are provided by a 295 MHz Analog Devices DSP with six parametric equalizers, room-gain compensation, app control, OLED interface, balanced XLR and unbalanced RCA inputs, and optional automatic room equalization.
