The Pro-Ject Head Box S3 B is a headphone amplifier made in Europe by Pro-Ject Audio Systems. It uses a fully balanced amplification topology in a full-aluminium enclosure and supports 3.5 mm, 6.3 mm, 4.4 mm balanced, and four-pin balanced XLR headphone connections, with one pair each of RCA/Cinch and XLR analogue inputs. Maximum power output is 480 mW at 8 ohms, 680 mW at 16 ohms, 820 mW at 32 ohms, and 320 mW at 300 ohms; the unit measures 206 × 55 × 153 (170) mm and weighs 950 g without its power supply.
