The Pro-Ject Head Box DS3 B is a fully balanced, discrete headphone amplifier made by Pro-Ject Audio Systems and manufactured in Europe. It has a full-aluminium housing, analogue inputs via one pair of RCA and one pair of XLR, and headphone outputs for 3.5 mm, 6.3 mm, 4.4 mm balanced, and four-pin balanced XLR connectors. Maximum output power is 510 mW at 8 ohms, 900 mW at 16 ohms, 1,500 mW at 32 ohms, and 560 mW at 300 ohms; the minimum headphone impedance is 8 ohms.
