HeadAmp

GS-X mk2

Introduced 2013$2,995 MSRP

The GS-X Mk2 is HeadAmp's flagship dual-mono, solid-state balanced headphone amplifier and preamp, built around Kevin Gilmore's discrete "Dynalo+" amplifier modules and later refined by Justin Wilson. It ships as a two-chassis design (amplifier and outboard power supply) and delivers up to 6W of pure Class-A power into balanced headphones, making it capable of driving current-hungry planar magnetic headphones while remaining quiet enough for sensitive IEMs.
