The Ortofon MC Verismo is a high-end moving-coil phono cartridge in the Exclusives Series, designed for accurate analog sound reproduction. It uses an Ortofon Replicant 100 Line Contact diamond stylus on a solid diamond cantilever, with a titanium cartridge body produced using Selective Laser Melting for controlled density and internal damping. Its generator employs a compact neodymium magnet and a specially designed low-magnetism metal-alloy armature, while three defined top-mounted contact points provide the tonearm interface.
