Nelson

Harbeth Nelson is an active subwoofer-and-stand solution designed for P3ESR, BBC LS3/5A, and other unvented bookshelf loudspeakers. It uses a 110 mm Harbeth-made bass drive unit in a bandpass enclosure, with 50 W RMS digital amplification and DSP-managed crossover frequency, phase, and response shape for integration with the host speaker. The transformer-balanced active input presents an impedance above 5 kΩ, while a fitted lead connects to the host loudspeaker’s binding posts.
