Active Home Audio Subwoofer Crossover
The JL Audio E-Sub is a powered subwoofer designed for integration into two-channel and home-audio systems. Its onboard active crossover provides a 24 dB/octave low-pass signal to the internal amplifier and a complementary 24 dB/octave high-pass signal through its line outputs, forming a two-way Linkwitz-Riley crossover with the main stereo speakers. With the crossover bypassed, the line outputs provide a buffered pass-through signal identical to the line-input signal for daisy-chaining additional subwoofers.
