Kara F

Kara F is a preamplifier and headphone amplifier made by Schiit Audio. It uses a fully discrete Nexus™ current-feedback topology with differential stages, ±32 V regulated rails, selectable gain of 1 or 4, and a 128-step relay-switched attenuator using discrete thin-film resistors. It provides two XLR input pairs, three RCA input pairs, one XLR output pair, two RCA output pairs, and a headphone output rated at 1 W RMS per channel into both 32- and 300-ohm loads.
