Rival

Introduced 2016$22,000 MSRP

The Rival is a horn-loaded, three-way loudspeaker hand-built by Volti Audio, a small American manufacturer founded by designer Greg Roberts that builds cabinets and horns in-house in Maine/Tennessee in limited runs sold direct-to-consumer with minimal dealer distribution. It debuted as one of the buzz products of the 2016 New York Audio Show and has since built a strong reputation among horn-speaker enthusiasts and reviewers for its combination of high sensitivity and full-range extension in a relatively compact horn design (Stereophile).
