The Pro-Ject Pick it S2 MM is a moving-magnet phono cartridge manufactured by Ortofon and voiced by Pro-Ject’s design team, using split-pole pins and a special elliptical stylus on a strong cantilever. It has a 7.2 g mass, 20–20,000 Hz frequency response, 7 mV output, 1.8 g recommended tracking force, 70 µm trackability, and a semi-transparent grey body with a 1/2-inch mounting standard.
