The Yamaha DA824 is a discontinued eight-channel digital-to-analog converter. It provides 24-bit/48 kHz conversion from digital audio input to analog outputs, with balanced XLR and 1/4-inch phone-jack connectors and individually selectable maximum output levels of +4, +15, +18, or +24 dBm. Its Mini-YGDAI expansion slot supports AES/EBU, ADAT, and TASCAM cards, and it includes word-clock input and thru connectors.
