The WA22 is Woo Audio's long-running fully balanced, all-tube, transformer-coupled headphone amplifier and preamplifier, originally launched in 2009 and refreshed to a 2nd generation in 2018. It uses point-to-point wiring with a 6SN7 driver / 6080 power / 5U4G rectifier tube complement in a Class-A, push-pull topology, and can be user-upgraded with higher-current 7236 power tubes and premium rectifiers for greater output into demanding headphone loads.
