The Van den Hul SCS-12 is an 11-gauge, 19-strand single-lead audio cable made by Van den Hul B.V. Each strand uses Matched Crystal (MC) oxygen-free copper with a dense silver coating applied by extrusion, and the cable has PTFE insulation printed “van den Hul SCS-12.” It has a resistance of 4.4 Ω/km, a conductor cross-section of 3.89 mm², an external diameter of 3.62 mm, a 1000 V RMS insulation rating, and is intended for power-amplifier wiring, amplifier-to-loudspeaker interconnects, and internal speaker wiring.
