The Yamaha A-S701 is an integrated amplifier with analog and digital inputs, including digital audio inputs for a TV and Blu-ray Disc™ player. It is rated at 100 W × 2 channels from 20 Hz to 20 kHz and includes CD Direct Amplification and Pure Direct circuitry. Its construction features ToP-ART technology, an I/O direct symmetrical design, a custom-made power transformer, 12,000 µF block capacitors, extruded aluminum heat sinks, and gold-plated speaker and RCA terminals.
