Phono Box S2
The Pro-Ject Phono Box S2 is an MM/MC phono preamplifier made by Pro-Ject Audio Systems. It uses a dual-mono configuration, audiophile-grade amplification modules, polypropylene WIMA capacitors, precise RIAA equalisation, and an aluminium/metal sandwich housing. It provides switchable input impedance of 10 Ω, 100 Ω, 1 kΩ, or 47 kΩ; input capacitance of 100, 200, 320, or 420 pF; gain of 40, 43, 60, or 63 dB; and a switchable −12 dB subsonic filter at 20 Hz.
