The Aavik I-588 is a stereo integrated amplifier made by Aavik, an Audio Group Denmark brand, with Pascal Class D output modules rated at 2 × 300 W into 8 Ω and 2 × 600 W into 4 Ω. It has five RCA line inputs, a Main In, a Pre Out, single-wire speaker terminals, and analog Low Pass and High Pass outputs with menu-selectable 30–80 Hz crossover frequencies in 11 steps; the low-pass level is adjustable by ±6 dB in 0.25 dB increments. Its design includes 348 active Tesla coils, 17 analog dithering circuits, resonance optimization, and a matte-finished enclosure with a gently curved front designed by Flemming E. Rasmussen.
