Nighthawk 12"

The Supatrac Nighthawk is a medium-mass pivoted tonearm using Supatrac’s Torque Reaction Assisted Contact (TRAC) design, with the bearing pivot positioned below record level to generate downward torque from stylus drag and reduce bearing chatter. Its arm comprises a custom single double-cavity carbon-fiber pultrusion, a carbon-fiber sole, internal aluminum reinforcement at the headshell, an external aluminum sleeve, and an 8 mm sharpened hardened-steel M8 pivot bolt mounted against a ceramic-coated steel thrust box. It is available in 9-inch, 9.3-inch, 10-inch, and 12-inch versions, includes damped cueing, rigid and string finger lifts, a sliding mass adapter, and a fine VTF adjustment knob.
