My Sonic Lab
Ultra Eminent Ex
Introduced 2004$7,495 MSRP
The Ultra Eminent EX sits in the middle of My Sonic Lab's moving-coil cartridge lineup, distinguished from the standard Eminent EX and Hyper Eminent by a much lower internal impedance and output plus a boron cantilever, engineered for fast transient response and precise soundstaging. My Sonic Lab was founded in 2004 by Yoshio Matsudaira in Japan and is known for its proprietary SH-μX coil core technology.
