The Le Player 4+ is a one-box CD transport/DAC hybrid from Métronome Technologie, a small French digital-audio specialist based in Montans (near Toulouse) that also owns the ultra-high-end Kalista Audio brand; it combines the company's Le Player 4 transport and Le DAC 2 converter into a single chassis with an optional streaming module. Métronome hand-builds its digital sources in small numbers in France and sells through a limited dealer/distributor network (Wynn Audio in North America).
