EX-8 2.0 Integrated Amplifier
The Ayre EX-8 2.0 is an integrated amplifier with zero-feedback, fully balanced discrete circuitry, an analog volume control, linear analog power supply, Double Diamond output stage, and Equilock gain stage. It provides 100 watts per channel into 8 ohms and 170 watts per channel into 4 ohms, with one balanced XLR and two single-ended RCA analog inputs. Optional digital modules add an ESS ES9038Q2M DAC, asynchronous USB, S/PDIF, AES/EBU, optical, and Net2 Ethernet connectivity, with support for PCM and DSD formats.
