Lokius

The Schiit Lokius is a six-band active tone-control equalizer with balanced and single-ended inputs and outputs, featuring bands at 20 Hz, 120 Hz, 400 Hz, 2 kHz, 6 kHz, and 16 kHz. Its adjustment ranges are ±12 dB at 20 Hz and 16 kHz, ±9 dB at 120 Hz and 6 kHz, and ±6 dB at 400 Hz and 2 kHz. It uses a discrete, all-bipolar, symmetrical current-feedback topology with matched parts, DC coupling, a DC servo, and a dual-stage discrete superbuffer; filtering uses capacitor-gyrator networks for 20 Hz and 120 Hz and capacitor-inductor networks for the other bands, with sealed Alps potentiometers, Wima and Panasonic film capacitors, 0.5% thin-film resistors, and Neutrik connectors.
