The N6 is a supercapacitor power supply made by Voxativ for devices requiring clean, stable DC voltage, including field-coil drivers. It uses a precision analog transformer combined with a bank of ultra-fast capacitors to provide 12 V DC, with output adjustable from 6 V to 18 V in 0.5 V steps. The matching DC cable uses shielded solid-core conductors, 90-degree four-pin XLR connectors with gold-plated contacts on the driver side, and 180-degree plugs on the power-supply side.
