The MC Diamond is Ortofon's flagship moving-coil cartridge, built around a titanium body and a solid diamond cantilever paired with the company's Replicant 100 line-contact stylus for the closest possible match to the original cutting stylus geometry. It uses a re-engineered Wide Range Damping suspension with a Multi Wall Carbon Nanotube rubber compound to control resonance and improve tracking stability.
