The Børresen C1 is a stand-mounted loudspeaker made by Børresen. It uses a 5-inch DCC5 NEO CC Neo bass/midrange driver with a three-layer membrane of spread-tow carbon fiber and a honeycomb spacer, a magnetic motor system with double copper caps on the pole rings, and an RP94 closed ribbon tweeter rated at 94 dB efficiency with a 0.01-gram moving mass operating from 2.5 kHz. Its serial crossover network provides phase-locked current flow to the transducers, while the enclosure uses internally reinforced wood composite with 1 mm carbon-fiber side panels; matching stands use the same material and include Ansuz Darkz S2t Resonance Control devices.
