The Pro-Ject X1 B is a belt-drive turntable with electronically selectable 33, 45, and 78 RPM speeds. It uses a 20 mm, 1.5 kg acrylic platter, a stainless-steel/brass main bearing, and an 8.6-inch carbon/aluminium sandwich tonearm with adjustable azimuth and VTA, 218.5 mm effective length, 18 mm overhang, 10.0 g effective mass, and a 0–30 mN tracking-force range. The X1 B has a Mini XLR output for balanced phono connection and is supplied with a pre-adjusted Pick it PRO Balanced cartridge, three height-adjustable damped aluminium feet, and a 15 V/0.8 A power supply.
