Compact PSU
The Nagra Compact PSU is an external power supply manufactured by Nagra for VPS, Jazz and Melody preamplifiers; Classic DAC, DAC II, HD DAC and Tube DAC; Classic PREAMP and Classic PHONO; Nagra CD players; Compact Phono; and Compact Streamer components. It uses a custom toroidal transformer, multi-stage filtering, and a precision-machined aluminum chassis, with a 12.75 V DC / 2 A output through a 2.5 mm DC jack and noise of ≤10 μV from 10 Hz to 100 kHz at full load. The unit is available in 100, 115, 120, 230, and 240 V versions ±10% at 50–60 Hz, measures 160 × 191 × 61 mm, and weighs 3.5 kg.
