DS-EQ2 Optical Equalizer for DS Audio Optical Cartridges
The Meitner DS-EQ2 is a single-ended optical equalizer designed for phono systems using DS Audio optical cartridges, including the DS-003 system. Its in-house-designed circuitry uses Meitner’s optical equalization technology, with short, direct audio paths optimized for low noise and low distortion; the unit includes user-selectable filtering and control of cartridge power from the front panel. It uses a simplified chassis, high-quality components and connectors, and a universal power supply, and is designed and manufactured in Canada.
