The Grand Evolution One (GE1) is TAD Laboratories' Japanese flagship-class floorstanding loudspeaker, a three-way, three-driver bass-reflex design built around TAD's proprietary Coherent Source Transducer (CST) — a coaxial beryllium tweeter and magnesium-cone midrange driver mounted concentrically for point-source imaging (source: [Stereophile](https://www.stereophile.com/content/tad-grand-evolution-one-loudspeaker), [The Absolute Sound](https://www.theabsolutesound.com/articles/tad-grand-evolution-one-loudspeaker-musicalitys-a-thing/)).
