The Rega Nd3 is a moving-magnet phono cartridge made by Rega, replacing the Elys 2 in its range. It uses a neodymium magnet and a generator with four longer, smaller-diameter coils and straight mu-metal pole pieces, designed to improve channel symmetry, crosstalk, and high-frequency response. The cartridge has an aluminium cantilever with an elliptical stylus tip, an Ania MC–shaped plastic body, and three-point fixing for Rega tonearms.
