Phonoaray Turntable Earthing System
The PhonoARAY is a turntable earthing system made by The Chord Company, connecting a turntable or tonearm earth terminal to a phono stage or amplifier phono input earth. It contains a hand-wound, ultra-high-current series filter joining both terminals and a parallel-connected ARAY system that provides a double virtual earth system for the turntable and phono stage. The unit has two 4mm speaker-style terminals, is supplied with a 50cm screened earth cable with a 4mm-to-spade connector, and is housed in a resin-filled, thick-walled machined aluminium billet mounted on two decoupled isolation feet.
