ACCUSTIC ARTS
AMP II
The ACCUSTIC ARTS AMP II–MK4 is a dual-mono reference power amplifier manufactured by ACCUSTIC ARTS, with completely isolated power supplies for its two channels and Class A operation in most applications. It uses 20 selected MOS-FET output transistors, two magnetically shielded and encapsulated toroidal-core transformers, approximately 160,000 µF of power-supply capacity, and switchable balanced XLR and unbalanced RCA inputs. Rated output is 2 × 750 W at 2 Ω, 2 × 530 W at 4 Ω, and 2 × 310 W at 8 Ω; the housing is made entirely of aluminium with a polished, chromed solid-brass inlay, and the unit is handmade in Germany.
