The PRC4i is the entry model in Loricraft's professional vacuum record-cleaning range, using a precision vacuum nozzle and thread-based pickup system to draw fluid and contaminants directly off the record surface via a vortex action. Loricraft's cleaning-arm design traces back to work by Percy Wilson in the 1960s; SME acquired the Loricraft operation in 2018 and launched the refreshed PRC4i and PRC6i models in 2021.
