TUBE PREAMP III PHONO

The ACCUSTIC ARTS® TUBE PREAMP III PHONO is a phono-equipped preamplifier made by Accustic Arts and manufactured by hand in Germany. It uses a tube-hybrid topology with four reference tubes, a fully balanced signal path, four separate amplification paths, a high-end Class A output stage, and a four-channel digital volume control; its frequency response is DC–50 kHz (+0/-0.5 dB) or DC–120 kHz (+0/-1.5 dB), with <0.002% THD+N and >97 dB crosstalk attenuation. The unit provides three balanced XLR and three RCA inputs including surround bypass, balanced and unbalanced outputs, a switchable 1/4-inch headphone output, selectable MM capacitance of 50–425 pF and MC impedance of 47–470 Ω, and uses a solid aluminum front panel and cover, chromed brass knobs, and two encapsulated 50 VA toroidal transformers.
