The QGB, made by Nagra Audio, is a mechanical tape transport accessory designed to convert a Nagra portable recorder into a studio unit. It supports 10.5-inch tape, compared with the 7-inch tape used by a standard portable Nagra, providing approximately 45 minutes of recording at 15 inches per second. The QGB must be side-chained to the Nagra IV-S power supply, and only a limited number of units were produced.
