The Audio Research LS28SE is a tube-hybrid line stage preamplifier from the Minnesota-based maker, part of a 50th-anniversary "SE" update line featuring gold-plated coupling capacitors carried over from the flagship Reference 6SE. It replaces the earlier LS28 and carries performance refinements over that model.
