The NAPS 555 DR is a power supply made by Naim Audio for the CD555 CD player and compatible with the ND 555, NDS, NDX, NDX 2, HDX, DAC, and CDX2. It uses a transformer with five separate windings feeding seven regulated supply voltages, including a dedicated supply for the CD555 clock circuit. The unit has a low-resonance case with isolating feet, improved wire routing and mechanical decoupling, and an all-new Discrete Regulator configuration.
