B77 MK III Stereo Tape Recorder
Introduced 1978$19,995 MSRP
The ReVox B77 is a Swiss-made 2-/4-track stereo reel-to-reel recorder that succeeded the famed A77 and became a studio and home-recording mainstay through the 1980s, prized for its three-motor electronically regulated transport and switchable half-/quarter-track head configurations (reel-reel.com). It has an active worldwide restoration market, with Revox's own service center and independent specialists both still returning fully serviced units to collectors (SkyFi Audio).
