S4B
The Perlisten S4b is a three-way standmount loudspeaker made by Perlisten Audio, a Wisconsin, USA company founded by Daniel Roemer and Lars Johansen. Its DPC (directivity pattern control) array uses a central 28mm beryllium tweeter flanked by two 28mm TPCD (thin-ply carbon diaphragm) domes within a moulded glass-fibre acoustic-lens waveguide, while the bass section uses a 180mm layered Textreme TPCD driver. The speaker has a sealed HDF cabinet, THX Dominus certification, 85.5dB sensitivity, a quoted 4-ohm nominal impedance, and a frequency-extension claim of 36Hz at -10dB.
