Aspen FR30 Loudspeaker
The PS Audio Aspen FR30 is a full-range, three-way floorstanding loudspeaker with a two-piece enclosure: a sealed upper mid/tweeter module and a lower cabinet using four side-firing passive radiators. Its driver complement comprises two 2.5-inch planar-magnetic Teonex-diaphragm tweeters, a 10-inch planar-magnetic Teonex-diaphragm midrange, and four 8-inch cast-frame aluminum-cone woofers with 12-pound magnet structures. A phase-correct LR4 crossover operates at 400 Hz and 2.5 kHz; sensitivity is 88 dB, nominal impedance is 4 ohms with a 3.6-ohm minimum, and recommended amplifier power is 100–600 watts. Frequency response is 23 Hz–20 kHz at -6 dB in half space and 20 Hz at -6 dB in-room; dimensions are 60.5 × 16 × 25.75 inches with base, and net weight is 230 pounds.
