The 2M Mono is a moving-magnet cartridge by Ortofon, designed for playing mono microgroove LP records. It uses an R 18 µm nude spherical diamond stylus and a strapped output that delivers the same signal from both sets of pole pins. It is available in 2M, 2M Premounted, and 2M Verso configurations for common turntable and headshell mounting arrangements.
