The Ayre QX-5 Twenty USB2 is a field-installable USB digital-input circuit-board upgrade for the QX-5 Twenty digital audio component. It uses a redesigned voltage-regulation scheme and improved signal isolation, supporting PCM at 16-, 20-, and 24-bit resolution up to 768 kHz, along with DSD64, DSD128, DSD256, and DSD512. The kit includes the USB2 circuit board, firmware thumb drive, installation hardware, and instructions.
