SB-C700

The Technics SB-C700 is a point-source speaker system using a flat coaxial two-way driver, with a centrally mounted tweeter and a woofer for mid-range and bass. Its woofer diaphragm uses carbon-fibre skins and a honeycomb core, while the driver chassis is made of die-cast aluminium; the cabinet uses a high-rigidity monocoque construction with convex side panels up to 42 mm thick. Separate network boards serve the woofer and tweeter, and the rear bass-reflex port uses a continuously curved parabolic design; frequency reproduction extends up to 100 kHz.
